Sheri
Lynn Paton, 36, of 4 EMS T32 D Lane, Tippecanoe Lake, Leesburg,
Indiana, died at 10:40 a.m., Sept. 25, 2006, at 2306 E. 57th
St., Indianapolis.
She was born June 2, 1970, in Goshen,
to George M. and Judith A. Shaner Paton.
A 1988 graduate of Warsaw Community
High School, she attended IPFW, Fort Wayne; and Northwood College,
Midland, Mich.; and graduated from Goshen College School of Nursing
in 2003. She worked at Patona Bay Boat Service, Miller's
Merry Manor, Mason Healthcare, and Double Diamond Horse Farm,
all in Warsaw, and Lakeland Loving Care, Milford. She was
a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw. She also was
a three year member of the Goshen College Nursing Students Association;
a 10-year member of the Kosciusko County Horse and Pony Club;
and the Elks Club, Warsaw. She was the executive director
of Goshen College Camp Mack Convention.
Surviving are her parents, George
and Judy Paton, Tippecanoe Lake, Leesburg; two sisters, Mrs.
Mark (Deb) Showley, Warsaw; and Kristine Paton, Tippecanoe Lake,
Leesburg; a niece, Kendra Paton, Tippecanoe Lake, Leesburg; a
nephew, Kyle Showley, Warsaw; her grandmother, Amelia Paton,
Tippecanoe Lake, Leesburg; and her beloved pets, a dog, Sylvia
Grace, and a cat, Sachi Joe.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday
at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw. Burial will be
at Leesburg Cemetery.
Calling is from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday
at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with a rosary service
at 7:30 p.m.
