Josephine
F. Manning, age 93, of Warsaw, Indiana, passed away Wednesday,
March 27, 2013, at 6:43 p.m. in Kosciusko Community Hospital,
Warsaw, Indiana. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, on
December 29, 1919, to Joe and Stella (Sherman) Tushner.
She
lived in Chicago moving to Warsaw in 1977. She married
Foster W. Manning in Chicago. He preceded her in 1965.
She
previously work for Bally Corporation in the assembly department;
prior to 1965 she worked for Demand Butter and Eggs.
She enjoyed vegetable gardening
and playing the Piano.
She
was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw.
Josephine
is survived by her son, Foster W. Manning of Ramona, California;
a grandson, Glen Manning of San Diego, California; two grand
daughters, Vicki Lynn Reid of Chicago, Illinois, and Dawn Marie
Essig of San Diego, California; a brother, Jo Tushner. One sister,
Theresa Bochonok preceded in death.
Burial
will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago, Illinois.
There are no services planned.
